- Scrape old soap scum, limescale, and degraded sealant off the glass mounting area with a razor scraper, then degrease thoroughly with rubbing alcohol.
- Clean the stainless steel handle bracket plate and ensure all clear protective rubber or nylon gaskets are positioned properly.
- Apply mixed waterproof 2-part structural epoxy evenly onto the bracket mounting base (or neutral silicone for gasketed clamp mounts).
