Glue type

Epoxy

Two parts mixed together. The strongest, most gap-tolerant choice for rigid materials like metal, ceramic, and glass.

Best for

Where it works best

Wrong toolAnything that flexes — epoxy cures hard and cracks loose under bending.

Using it

What actually matters

  1. 01Mix the two parts thoroughly — half-mixed epoxy never reaches full strength.
  2. 02Scuff smooth surfaces and wipe off grease so the resin can grip.
  3. 03Clamp lightly; a thin, even glue line is stronger than a thick one.
  4. 04Let it cure fully before loading it — 'set' is not 'cured'.
