What it’s good at

Joining rigid PVC pipe, conduit, and fittings up to 4 inches — the default solvent weld for plumbing drain, waste, vent, and potable water lines.

Limits

Where it falls short

PVC only. Will not bond CPVC, ABS, acrylic, metal, wood, or non-PVC plastics, and cannot bridge gaps in loose-fitting joints.
